Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office operations and administrative systems
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and internal communication
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and record\-keeping
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist management with day\-to\-day tasks and special projects
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
