Graphic Designer

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create high\-quality **digital and marketing creatives** for social media, presentations, campaigns, websites, and internal communications.
• Design **UI screens, web pages, dashboards, and application interfaces** while maintaining consistency with design guidelines.
• Understand business and user requirements and convert them into effective **visual and UI/UX solutions**.
• Create **wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows** where required.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Develop and maintain **design systems, style guides, typography, color palettes, and visual standards**.
• Create graphics, icons, illustrations, banners, infographics, and other visual assets.
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback, business requirements, and usability considerations.
• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across **desktop, web, and mobile platforms**.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication.
• Stay updated with current **graphic design, UI/UX, visual design, and digital design trends**.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of **Graphic Design and Visual Communication**.
• Good understanding of **UI/UX design principles** and user\-centric design.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• **Figma**
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe XD / similar UI design tools
• Experience creating **wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and UI layouts**.
• Good understanding of **typography, color theory, composition, grids, spacing, and visual hierarchy**.
• Basic understanding of **responsive design and design for web/mobile applications**.
• Ability to create professional presentations, marketing creatives, banners, and digital assets.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000\.00 per year
