Strideck is seeking a proactive, client\-focused, and growth\-oriented Client Growth \& Revenue Manager to drive business growth through strong client relationships, strategic consulting, and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the right digital solutions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage client relationships while driving revenue through upselling, cross\-selling, and long\-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and growth requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow\-ups with key clients.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long\-term relationship management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Revenue Growth \& Opportunity Identification
- Identify upselling, cross\-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
- Understand client requirements related to website development, eCommerce, SEO, CRM, automation, branding, and digital growth solutions.
- Recommend suitable services and solutions based on client business needs.
- Maintain and track growth opportunities through CRM systems and sales trackers.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
Internal Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, Designers, Digital Marketing, Content, eCommerce, and Automation teams.
- Gather project estimates, timelines, recommendations, and feasibility inputs.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Manage client expectations effectively and avoid commitments without internal approval.
Solution Presentation \& Deal Closure
- Present business solutions in a clear, professional, and value\-driven manner.
- Explain expected outcomes, ROI, and growth opportunities to clients.
- Handle objections and client concerns professionally.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow\-up communications.
- Coordinate approvals, project confirmations, and payment collections.
- Support and drive successful deal closures.
Team Monitoring \& Accountability
- Monitor lead response times, follow\-up activities, onboarding processes, and client support.
- Ensure CRM records are updated accurately and consistently.
- Review team activities and task completion status.
- Guide team members on effective client communication and opportunity identification.
- Promote accountability and process adherence across teams.
Project Handoff \& Client Satisfaction
- Ensure proper project handover with complete documentation and requirements.
- Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor client satisfaction after project delivery.
- Conduct periodic account reviews and identify future growth opportunities.
- Drive repeat business, renewals, and long\-term client retention.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 3\+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, Revenue Growth, or Sales roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Understanding of digital services including Website Development, eCommerce, SEO, CRM, Branding, Digital Marketing, and Automation.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross\-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Results\-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹85,000\.00 per month
