We are looking for a passionate and data\-driven Growth Marketing Executive to join our growing healthcare marketing team.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Plan and execute digital growth campaigns for hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare brands
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and lead generation campaigns
• Generate qualified leads for healthcare services and specialty departments
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPL, ROAS, conversions, and engagement
• Coordinate with creative, content, and video teams for campaign execution
• Support patient acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
• Create and optimize landing pages and lead funnels
• Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
• Track website and campaign analytics using Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Assist in promoting healthcare events, medical conferences, awareness campaigns, and marathons
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends and platform updates

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• 2–3 years of experience in Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Experience handling Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset with good reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in healthcare marketing or agency environment is preferred
