Marketing & Sales Executive – Event Management

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing \& Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to business growth.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Generate new business leads for event management services
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Meet clients and understand event requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams
• Follow up with clients and close business opportunities
• Build relationships with corporate clients and sponsors
• Maintain CRM and daily sales reports
• Support branding and promotional activities
• Attend events and manage client coordination during execution

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or event management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to handle client meetings professionally
• Good negotiation and follow\-up skills
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented
• Experience in event agencies or advertising agencies is an added advantage

• *Qualification**

• Any Graduate / MBA preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills and event interest may also apply
