Head – ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

The role has two stages: deliver the programme, then run and improve the ERP permanently. The second stage is not optional, and candidates should want it.

• *Purpose:** Make Business Central the single, trusted system for how Mehta Tubes plans, produces, costs, sells and reports.

• *Stage 1: Deliver the programme**

• Own the project plan, risks and steering committee reporting
• Lead process design and sign\-off for each department and all 3 group companies
• Decide what stays standard and challenge every customization
• Control partner scope, change requests, payments and acceptance
• Own master data, data migration and opening balances
• Run testing in UAT, with nothing moved to live until tested and signed off
• Lead training, cutover and go\-live readiness
• Put the plant process flows, including Cast \& Roll and Upcast, into the design

• *Stage 2: Own and improve the ERP after go\-live**

• Run ERP as a permanent function with a support desk and clear turnaround times
• Control all changes through one approval process
• Own month\-end ERP readiness with Finance, including inventory\-to\-G/L reconciliation
• Keep GST, ITC\-04, TDS/TCS and export\-import processes current with changing rules
• Maintain role\-based access, audit trail and master data discipline
• Plan Microsoft updates, licences, integrations and partner contracts
• Keep a yearly improvement roadmap, including planning, yield and MIS
• Roll ERP out to new plants, products and processes
• Reduce Excel dependence and build in\-house capability, so reliance on partners falls

• *Preferred profile**

• Copper, brass, aluminium, wire, cable, tube, forging or casting experience
• Multi\-company and multi\-plant rollouts
• Advance licence, RoDTEP and duty drawback processes
• Microsoft Business Central certification and PMP or similar
• Power BI and working knowledge of extensions and APIs

Pay: ₹681,000\.00 \- ₹2,060,000\.00 per year
