Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Head – Media Sales \& Business Development** to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships across media and brand activation solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading sales initiatives across BFSI, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Government, and Corporate sectors.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in media sales, advertising solutions, BTL activations, corporate sales, or brand partnerships, along with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue generation for media and activation solutions.
- Identify, acquire, and manage clients across BFSI, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Government, and Corporate sectors.
- Build strong relationships with media agencies, advertising agencies, and direct corporate clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and account management.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, proposal discussions, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance dashboards.
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth through upselling and cross\-selling opportunities.
- Support brand positioning and market penetration initiatives across target regions.
