Spearhead the implementation and enhancement of Quality Assurance frameworks across all project locations and regional offices.
Establish, harmonize, review, and enforce Quality Management System (QMS) processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Plans, Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements for Transmission Line and Substation projects.
Ensure organization\-wide adherence to ISO 9001:2015 requirements and project\-specific customer quality standards.
Plan and execute management reviews, internal quality audits, process evaluations, and compliance reviews across projects and operational clusters.
Track and analyze quality performance indicators, non\-conformance trends, audit observations, and corrective/preventive action effectiveness.
Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of digital quality management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures and specifications.
Lead investigations into major quality issues, customer concerns, audit findings, and non\-conformities, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
Review, validate, and authorize quality\-related procedures, records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Serve as the primary quality interface for clients, consultants, certification agencies, and third\-party inspection organizations.
Champion process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the
business.
Strengthen team capabilities by designing and facilitating quality training, skill development, and competency\-building programs.
Evaluate supplier quality systems through audits and assessments while ensuring adherence to required standards.
Foster a strong culture of quality ownership, awareness, and preventive quality practices across project teams.
Support bid and proposal teams by preparing project\-specific Quality Plans and customer compliance submissions.
Conduct regular project site assessments to identify quality risks, improvement opportunities, and preventive measures.
Coordinate with corporate quality functions and other business units to implement common quality standards, systems, and best practices.
Participate in talent acquisition, capability evaluation, and professional development of Quality Assurance personnel.

In\-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, compliance requirements, and audit methodologies.
Extensive experience in developing and managing Quality Assurance programs for Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of applicable national and international codes, standards, and quality requirements relevant to project execution.
Proven expertise in quality planning, internal and external audits, supplier assessments, and compliance management.
Sound understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), risk\-based quality management, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience with quality documentation control systems, audit tracking tools, and digital quality management platforms.
Familiarity with supplier quality management, inspection processes, and third\-party quality verification systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction quality controls for civil, electrical, and mechanical works associated with Transmission Line and Substation projects.
