About the Company
We are a rapidly growing, technology\-driven fintech platform serving retail investors across India. Backed by strong business momentum and preparing for the next phase of expansion, we are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive capital\-raising initiatives and establish scalable treasury and financial management processes.
This is a high\-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Founder \& CEO, offering significant ownership across fundraising, investor relations, treasury operations, and strategic finance.
Key Responsibilities: Fundraising \& Capital Raising
- Lead end\-to\-end fundraising activities, including investor outreach, relationship management, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction closure.
- Develop and maintain investor\-ready materials including pitch decks, financial models, and investment memoranda.
- Manage interactions with venture capital firms, family offices, institutional investors, and high\-net\-worth individuals.
- Coordinate legal, financial, and compliance workstreams during fundraising transactions.
Investor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Organize investor meetings, presentations, and reporting cycles.
- Respond to investor requests and maintain ongoing communication throughout the investment lifecycle.
Treasury \& Financial Management
- Oversee liquidity management, cash forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Monitor funding requirements and ensure adequate financial resources for business growth.
- Evaluate financing alternatives including equity, venture debt, and strategic partnerships.
Financial Planning \& Analysis
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Prepare board presentations, management reports, and investor updates.
- Support strategic decision\-making through financial insights and performance tracking.
Governance \& Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, statutory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Manage cap table administration, shareholder records, and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, audit, and compliance stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- 5\+ years of experience in treasury, investment banking, corporate finance, fundraising, or strategic finance.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing fundraising transactions.
- Strong network within the investment ecosystem, including VCs, family offices, institutional investors, and HNIs.
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in fintech, technology, SaaS, or high\-growth startup environments preferred.
