The role involves supporting candidates, handling inquiries, coordinating communication and ensuring a smooth assistance experience for applicants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
\* Respond to candidate queries through calls, messages and emails
\* Provide timely support regarding job openings and application processes
\* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
\* Coordinate interview schedules and follow\-ups
\* Assist in resolving basic candidate concerns and escalations
\* Support recruitment and operational activities as required
\* Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
Eligibility Criteria
\* Undergraduate students or recent graduates may apply
\* Strong verbal and written communication skills
\* Basic computer proficiency and internet literacy
\* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
\* Good organizational and coordination skills
\* Prior customer support or helpdesk exposure will be an advantage
