They are responsible for achieving revenue targets, executing market strategies, and ensuring timely payment collections.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy \& Growth: Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and drive both retail and project\-based sales.

Network Management: Recruit, manage, and expand dealer and distributor networks. Onboard new channel partners while boosting performance in underrepresented markets.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision\-makers, including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors, to secure project approvals.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team. Set individual and team targets, monitor daily performance, and evaluate territory plans.

Technical \& Solution Selling: Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical pre\-sales support, explaining how specific materials (e.g., hardware, panels, cement) meet project requirements.

Financial Oversight: Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and drive payment collections. Monitor outstanding dues to minimize financial risks.

Experience 3 \- 5 Years

Salary 4 Lac To 4 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
