• Employee Engagement \& Performance Management
• HR Operations, Attendance \& Payroll Coordination
• Statutory Compliance \& Labor Law Management
• HR Policy Implementation
• Employee Relations \& Grievance Handling
• Coordination with Project and Site Teams
• **Real Estate / Construction industry experience is mandatory**
• **Immediate joiners preferred**
