• *Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate with external architectural consultants for design development, revisions, and approvals.
• Review architectural drawings and recommend practical improvements based on execution requirements.
• Collaborate with Construction, QS, MEP, Procurement, CRM, Sales, and other internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is executed as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Resolve design and execution\-related issues in coordination with consultants and project teams.
• Support value engineering and design optimization while maintaining quality and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, design standards, and project schedules.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance to project stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• B.Arch. (M.Arch. preferred).
• Minimum **15\+ years** of experience in residential real estate projects.
• Strong experience in **high\-rise apartments, villas, plotted developments, and township projects**.
• Excellent understanding of architectural drawings, construction methodologies, and site execution.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office**.
