• *Job Responsibilities**

• Act as a bridge between employees and management to address HR\-related concerns.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee relations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand workforce requirements.
• Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
• Support management in implementing HR initiatives and resolving employee issues.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• 2 years of relevant experience in HR/HRBP roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong employee\-handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
