HR Business Partner (Night Shift)

Scale Healthcare is Hiring \- HR Business Partner (HRBP)

• *Location:** Mohali, Punjab
• *Shift:** Night Shift / Rotational Shift (Candidate should be comfortable working in night and rotational shifts)
• *Industry:** US Healthcare RCM

• *Experience:** 2\-3 Years

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Act as a strategic HR partner for business and operational teams.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and induction.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and HR compliance processes.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with department managers to address workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and labor compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular connect sessions with employees to enhance engagement and retention.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
• Support disciplinary actions and employee counseling when required.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to drive a positive workplace culture.

• *Requirements:**

• 2\-3 years of experience as an HRBP or Generalist, preferably in the US Healthcare RCM industry.
• Strong experience in employee relations, grievance handling, onboarding, and attendance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
