Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Freelance HR Recruiter** who can help us identify, source, and recruit suitable candidates for various positions within our manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial and manufacturing\-sector recruitment, along with the ability to identify reliable and skilled manpower for factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for different job roles.
• Recruit employees for industrial and manufacturing\-related positions.
• Find candidates for factory operations, machine operators, helpers, technicians, supervisors, and other relevant positions.
• Screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Ensure successful hiring and joining of suitable employees.

Payment \& Working Structure

• This is a **freelance recruitment opportunity**.
• Payment will be made on a successful hiring basis.
• Earn **₹3,000–₹5,000 per successful joining**, depending on the position and candidate requirements.
• No fixed monthly salary; earnings will be based on successful placements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• **Good experience in industrial and manufacturing\-sector hiring is highly preferred.**
• Ability to source candidates through job portals, references, recruitment networks, and other channels.
• Good communication and candidate\-screening skills.
• Ability to understand industrial job requirements and identify suitable manpower.
• A result\-oriented approach towards recruitment.

Preferred Candidate

We would prefer someone who has previously worked with manufacturing companies, factories, industrial units, or manpower recruitment agencies and has a strong network of industrial workers and professionals.
