Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to manage day\-to\-day HR activities and support the HR department in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle candidate follow\-ups and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee data.
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
• Coordinate with employees for routine HR\-related activities.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn HR operations and recruitment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Freshers with an interest in Human Resources are welcome.

• *Working Hours:** 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
