➤ Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations
➤ Payroll Processing
➤ Attendance \& Leave Management
➤ PF \& ESI Compliance
➤ HR Administration \& Employee Documentation
➤ HR MIS \& Reporting
➤ Managing and maintaining HRMS records
➤ Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
➤ Hands\-on experience with HRMS software
➤ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
➤ Good communication and multitasking abilities
➤ Strong organizational and coordination skills
➤ MBA (HR) / MHRM / Equivalent HR\-related Postgraduate Degree
➤ Immediate Joiners
