HR Executive - Mahape - Sat / Sun OFF

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment activities while supporting key HR operational tasks. The role requires strong sourcing skills, coordination abilities, and basic HR process knowledge.

• *Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (80%)**

• Handle **end\-to\-end recruitment cycle** (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds
• Follow up with candidates and team members for timely feedback
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT

• *HR Operations (20%)**

• Assist in **employee onboarding and documentation**
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination
• Help in drafting HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, etc.)
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good coordination and follow\-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
