Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **HR Executive** with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the retail industry, to manage day\-to\-day HR operations and support employee\-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end **recruitment and candidate coordination**
• Manage **employee onboarding and joining formalities**
• Maintain and monitor **employee attendance and leave records**
• Provide support for **payroll processing** and salary\-related activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR matters
• Support day\-to\-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee administration
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum **2–4 years of HR experience**, preferably in the retail industry
• Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll support
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
