About the Role\-

Percipience Labs is looking for a highly professional and communication\-driven HR Executive (Non Operations) to manage client relationship coordination, stakeholder communication, and employee engagement activities. This is a people\-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, professional presentability, and the ability to coordinate directly with management teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage direct communication with clients, management teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and employees.
• Coordinate between leadership, HR teams, and clients for smooth communication flow.
• Conduct engagement discussions, follow\-ups, and relationship management activities.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings and virtual interactions.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain strong client satisfaction.
• Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and corporate etiquette.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, client relations, engagement, or communication\-focused roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong professional presentability and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in direct communication with clients or leadership teams.
• Ability to manage relationships in a fast\-paced corporate environment.
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual communication platforms.
