This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources. As a Junior Executive Human Resources, your responsibilities include HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources.
- *Client Management \& Coordination:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding HR, labour law, payroll, and statutory compliance matters
- Coordinate with clients through direct meetup, calls, emails, meetings, and follow\-ups to ensure smooth execution of services
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through timely support and communication
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance related to HR and compliance processes
- *Statutory Compliance \& Labour Law Management:**
- Manage statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops \& Establishment, CLRA, Factories Act, and other labour law requirements
- Coordinate registrations, amendments, renewals, and filings on relevant government portals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Management, or related field
- Freasher to 2 years of experience in HR operations, labour law compliance, payroll, or consultancy environment
- Experience in handling multiple clients and statutory compliance activities independently
