We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage day\-to\-day HR operations. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in payroll processing, ESI/PF compliance, attendance management, employee coordination, recruitment, and overall HR administration.
*Key Responsibilities**
Handle end\-to\-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
Manage statutory compliance including ESI, PF, bonus, leave, and other HR compliances.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR\-related documents.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, policies, and HR procedures.
Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations and administrative activities.
Assist management in implementing HR policies and processes.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
Good knowledge of Payroll, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.
