Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter with strong calling and communication skills to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential candidates, screening profiles, understanding job requirements, and coordinating interviews. Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer service, sales calling, or recruitment calling are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings and career opportunities.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidates over the phone to assess their qualifications, experience, and interest.
• Explain job requirements, responsibilities, salary details, and work locations to candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information and update recruitment trackers or databases.
• Meet daily calling targets and weekly recruitment goals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and telephone\-handling skills.
• Prior experience in calling, telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment is preferred.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling candidate queries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet browsing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, follow\-up abilities, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and achieve daily targets.
• Freshers with excellent communication and calling skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
