Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations \- Lifecycle: Induction, attendance, leave trackers, payroll coordination, documentation, and exit management.
• Employee Relations amp; Grievance Handling: Professional, confidential handling of workplace issues, grievances, conflict resolution, team engagement, and performance management (PIPs/appraisals).
• Compliance: POSH, statutory norms, labor law alignment, Payroll
