Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing candidates to final hiring.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR\-related queries.
Assist in conducting performance evaluations and feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.

Handle payroll processing and salary management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
HR\-related certifications will be an added advantage.
Candidates with B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or MCA qualifications may also apply.
