Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR Generalist** with **1–4 years of experience** to manage end\-to\-end recruitment while supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- *Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for multiple positions across different industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Manage offer roll\-out, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- *HR Generalist Responsibilities**
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and HR administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist with performance review processes.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
