• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic engineering and execution leader to head the design, technical planning, project execution support, and engineering governance for Open Access and utility\-scale renewable energy projects. The role will be responsible for end\-to\-end engineering coordination, technical due diligence, execution planning, grid connectivity support, technical compliance, QA/QC implementation, and project delivery support for multi\-MW solar projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Lead engineering and project execution activities for Open Access and utility\-scale solar projects.

· Prepare, review, and approve system layouts, SLDs, electrical designs, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.

· Finalize plant design philosophy including DC/AC optimization, HT/LT systems, evacuation coordination, and engineering optimization.

· Conduct technical feasibility studies, site assessments, energy yield analysis, and technical due diligence.

· Coordinate with EPC teams, consultants, contractors, DISCOMs, STUs, CEIG authorities, and clients for project execution and approvals.

· Support grid connectivity coordination, HT infrastructure execution, and evacuation planning.

· Review vendor drawings, BOQs, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.

· Optimize engineering design, BOS costs, plant performance, and long\-term operational reliability.

· Support project execution planning, contractor coordination, QA/QC implementation, commissioning activities, and milestone tracking.

· Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site execution teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

· Develop engineering SOPs, reporting systems, documentation standards, and quality processes.

· Support operational monitoring, preventive maintenance planning, and plant performance optimization.

· Support business development teams with technical proposals, technical\-commercial inputs, and client presentations.

· Build, lead, and mentor engineering and execution teams across multiple project locations.

· Monitor project timelines, technical risks, commissioning milestones, and operational performance.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy / related field.

· Strong experience in utility\-scale solar projects, Open Access projects, and power system design.

· Hands\-on experience in HT/LT systems, grid connectivity, evacuation coordination, and solar project execution.

· Exposure to CEIG, STU, DISCOM, and regulatory coordination processes.

· Understanding of Open Access project execution and renewable energy compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, STAAD Pro, or similar engineering/design software.

· Experience in EPC coordination, QA/QC, commissioning activities, and multi\-site project management.

· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

· Experience in utility\-scale solar, hybrid, or multi\-location renewable energy projects.

· Experience in technical due diligence, asset management, and operational optimization.

· Familiarity with state\-wise Open Access regulations and approvals.

· Experience in handling multiple MW\-scale projects simultaneously will be preferred.

· PMP or relevant technical/project management certifications will be an added advantage.

• *Initial Role Expectations (First 12 Months)**

· Support the development and execution of the company’s initial Open Access renewable energy portfolio.

· Build engineering and execution systems for scalable multi\-MW projects.

· Develop vendor and contractor ecosystems for utility\-scale execution.

· Establish engineering SOPs, QA/QC standards, and reporting structures.

· Support technical due diligence, project execution planning, and commissioning activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful project delivery.

· Timely engineering closure and execution support for projects.

· Optimization of project cost without compromising quality and safety.

· Successful coordination of approvals, compliance, and execution requirements.

· Achievement of commissioning milestones and project delivery timelines.

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹3,500,000\.00 per year
