HR Generalist (Night Shift)

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and workforce tracking.
• Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with managers and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and policy implementation.
• Monitor employee performance and assist with performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
• Conduct employee counseling and provide guidance on workplace concerns.
• Coordinate with various departments to address people\-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records accurately.

• *Requirements:**

• Experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in the US Healthcare/RCM industry.
• Strong knowledge of attendance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
