HR Head (Logistics)

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and lead day\-to\-day human resource functions, including recruitment, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires coordination across multiple office and operational locations.

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment across different departments such as operations, finance, and support functions
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely hiring against manpower requirements
• Oversee onboarding and induction of new employees

• *2\. HR Operations \& Compliance**

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/finance team
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
• Maintain and update HR policies and standard procedures

• *3\. Performance Management \& Learning**

• Support goal setting and performance review processes
• Assist in identifying training and development needs
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives

• *4\. Employee Engagement \& Relations**

• Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Encourage a positive and professional work environment

• *5\. HR Reporting \& MIS**

• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and hiring status
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation

• *Required Skills**

• Knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities

• *Qualification \& Experience**

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including managerial exposure
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or multi\-location operations will be an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
