HavStrategy is a full\-service, data\-driven D2C performance marketing agency for beauty, fashion, lifestyle and luxury brands. We have scaled 150\+ D2C brands and generated $15M\+ in client revenue. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and people operations team.
Source and screen candidates across job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri)
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database and trackers
Assist with onboarding and documentation for new joiners
Post job openings and manage incoming applications
Support employee engagement activities and day\-to\-day HR operations
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Organised, detail\-oriented, and able to multitask
Genuine interest in recruitment and people operations
Tools you may use: MS Excel / Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
