Pinnacle Software and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail\-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR administration, documentation, reporting, and day\-to\-day HR operations.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to various HR functions within an IT services and product development environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team and gain hands\-on experience in recruitment, employee communication, HR documentation, reporting, and organizational activities.
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to candidates.
- Share basic job details and collect candidate information.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets and recruitment reports.
- Assist in sourcing profiles from job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Participate in HR interviews under the guidance of the HR team.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and salary increment letters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Upload payslips and organize employee folders and documents.
- Support in maintaining employee databases and HR trackers.
- Assist in updating HR forms, templates, and records.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and team\-building initiatives.
- Assist in planning online and offline employee events.
- Track employee participation in engagement activities.
- Prepare Awards \& Recognition presentations.
- Collect performance inputs and nomination details for employee recognition programs.
- Support internal communication initiatives and employee announcements.
- Assist in preparing weekly HR reports.
- Prepare hiring status reports and recruitment dashboards.
- Maintain employee data summaries and HR trackers.
- Compile and organize HR\-related information for management review.
- Assist in preparing presentations and HR MIS reports.
- Follow up with employees for pending documents and information.
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Assist employees with basic HR\-related queries under supervision.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR\-related activities.
- Support the HR team in daily operational activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR process documentation.
- Support administrative coordination activities as required.
- Perform other HR\-related support tasks assigned by the HR team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources functions.
