Assist in **HR Operations and Documentation**, including maintaining employee records, personal files, attendance data, leave records, and HR\-related documentation.
Support the preparation and issuance of HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee\-related correspondence.
Coordinate and assist in **Employee Engagement Activities**, including employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, training sessions, and team\-building initiatives.
Help organize employee welfare programs and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Assist in **Office Administration and Facility Management** activities, ensuring smooth day\-to\-day office operations.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support service providers to maintain office facilities.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and general administrative records.
Support **Vendor Management and Coordination** by communicating with vendors, obtaining quotations, processing service requests, and maintaining vendor databases.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services as per company requirements.
Assist in preparing administrative reports, records, and MIS as required by the HR \& Administration team.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
