HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and other HR\-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end\-to\-end recruitment and selection process.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist in maintaining attendance records, leave records, and other HR documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Support the HR team in day\-to\-day administrative activities.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree pursuing or completed in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment practices.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
