Job Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage performance appraisals, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee workforce planning and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with management to support organizational goals.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labour laws.
• Experience in recruitment and employee management.
• Ability to manage HR operations independently.

Experience

Relevant experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing or metal industry.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
