Manoka Assortment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced **HR Manager** to lead and manage all human resource functions. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
The HR Manager will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with company goals.
- *Key Responsibilities1\. HR Strategy \& Leadership**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead and supervise the HR team and ensure effective HR operations
- Drive company culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies
- *2\. Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements
- Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines
Recruitment and staffing are core HR responsibilities to attract and retain talent.
- *3\. Employee Relations \& Engagement**
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace environment
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Organize engagement activities, feedback systems, and surveys
- *4\. Performance Management**
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems
- Monitor employee performance and provide improvement plans
- Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews
- Identify high\-potential employees and succession planning
- *5\. Training \& Development**
- Identify training needs and organize development programs
- Conduct onboarding and induction sessions
- Promote continuous learning and skill enhancement
- *6\. Payroll, Compensation \& Benefits**
- Oversee payroll processing and salary structuring
- Design and manage employee compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with policies
- *7\. HR Operations \& Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMIS systems
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
- Handle audits, legal documentation, and compliance reporting
Ensuring compliance and policy implementation is a key responsibility of HR Managers.
- *8\. HR Analytics \& Reporting**
- Track HR metrics (attrition, hiring, performance, etc.)
- Prepare reports for management decision\-making
- Use data\-driven insights to improve HR processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
