Job Description
- *Key Duties \& Responsibilities**
- Manage overall HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce planning across all divisions of the company.
- Handle end\-to\-end hiring processes for operational staff, supervisors, and office employees to ensure timely manpower availability.
- Oversee HR administration including attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Address employee grievances, maintain workplace discipline, and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to support business growth, productivity, and workforce efficiency.
Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and support audits and compliance reviews.
Lead and guide the HR team while promoting a positive and professional work culture.- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Bulk hiring and blue\-collar workforce management.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced operational environment.
Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
