HR Manager

We are looking for a performance\-driven HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment, employee training, performance tracking, and US payroll operations. Candidates must have practical experience with US payroll platforms such as Gusto, Paychex, or similar systems.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop employee training programs and monitor training effectiveness.
• Define and track employee KPIs, KRAs, and performance matrices.
• Process US payroll using Gusto, Paychex, or similar payroll platforms.
• Verify timesheets, salaries, deductions, and payroll documentation.
• Maintain HR records and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure timely completion of recruitment, training, and payroll activities.

• *Performance Matrix**

• **Recruitment:** Close 90–100% of assigned vacancies within agreed timelines.
• **Training:** Ensure 100% completion of scheduled mandatory training.
• **US Payroll:** Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• **Performance Management:** Maintain updated employee KPI and performance records.
• **Reporting:** Submit accurate HR reports within defined deadlines.

• *Required Qualifications and Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, training, and HR operations.
• **Mandatory hands\-on experience in US payroll processing.**
• Practical knowledge of Gusto, Paychex, or similar payroll platforms.
• Understanding of US payroll cycles, timesheets, deductions, and payroll documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month

Experience

• USA HR operation: 4 years (Preferred)
• USA End to End Recruitment: 4 years (Preferred)
• KPI and PMS: 4 years (Preferred)
• US Payroll with Gusto: 4 years (Preferred)
