HR Manager

• *WE'RE HIRING: HR MANAGER – HR OPERATIONS \& TALENT ACQUISITION**

CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end\-to\-end HR functions.

• *Location:** Bangalore
• *Experience:** 4–5 Years
• *CTC:** Up to ₹7\-9 LPA

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle.
• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical roles.
• Manage HRMS platforms, employee databases, and HR software.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and full \& final settlements.
• Handle statutory compliance, PF, ESI, PT, and labour law requirements.
• Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Implement and streamline HR policies and processes.

• *What We're Looking For:**

• Strong hands\-on experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Good knowledge of HRMS / HR software.
• Practical experience in payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong Excel, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.

• *Preference:** Candidates with strong HR Operations experience along with recruitment exposure.
