HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end\-to\-end recruitment, employee training, payroll processing, and HR performance metrics. The ideal candidate will ensure that our workforce is well\-trained, engaged, and compensated accurately while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to optimize HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment \& Onboarding

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

Training \& Development

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
• Coordinate employee development initiatives and workshops.
• Track training effectiveness and employee progress.

Performance Monitoring

• Define and track HR KPIs and KRIs.
• Analyze employee performance and engagement trends.
• Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Requirements

• **Ladies candidates** only.
• Experience in **food and hospitality industry** would be an advantage.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, training, and payroll.
• Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and leadership skills.
