About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and business\-oriented **HR Manager** to lead and manage the end\-to\-end Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, payroll coordination, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships across departments, drive HR initiatives, and foster a high\-performance culture in a fast\-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

  • Lead end\-to\-end recruitment across technical and non\-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Improve recruitment metrics including Time\-to\-Hire and Quality\-of\-Hire.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, induction, probation, confirmations, and exits.
  • Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Performance Management

  • Drive the performance appraisal process.
  • Coordinate goal setting, feedback cycles, and performance reviews.
  • Assist managers in identifying high\-potential employees and development plans.
  • Support succession planning and career progression initiatives.

HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRMS.
  • Ensure timely documentation, letters, and compliance records.
  • Monitor employee data accuracy and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing.

HR Policies \& Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and policy enforcement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Learning \& Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Coordinate technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning.

Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee well\-being.

HR Analytics \& Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports.
  • Track recruitment, attrition, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Present HR insights and recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

  • **5–8 years** of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience in IT, SaaS, Product, or Technology organizations is preferred.
  • Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment laws.
  • Hands\-on experience with HRMS platforms (Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.).
  • Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with performance management frameworks.
  • Payroll coordination and HR compliance knowledge.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision\-making abilities.
  • High level of ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹50,527\.14 \- ₹70,540\.43 per month
