Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment activities for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for various job openings.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview schedules, feedback, and selection updates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Assist with daily HR activities and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target\-oriented environment.

Salary
