Managing the candidate database and recruitment trackers is essential, as is assisting with onboarding formalities for new hires. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a sustainable talent pipeline for future needs and ensuring clear, consistent communication between candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring journey. This role demands efficiency, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
