• *Job Summary**

iMentus Technologies is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for IT and non\-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to deliver a seamless hiring experience while meeting organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
• Ensure smooth onboarding handover after offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment\-related documentation and reports.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum **1 year of experience** in recruitment, preferably in IT hiring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Hands\-on experience in IT recruitment, including hiring for Developers, QA Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and related technical roles.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong follow\-up, coordination, and candidate engagement skills.
• Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Ability to meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
