Job Summary
· Manage end\-to\-end hiring across multiple branches.
· Lead the recruitment team, source candidates, and close positions quickly.
· Handle job postings, interviews, and coordination with branch managers.
· Maintain hiring trackers and build a strong talent pipeline.
· 3\+ years recruitment experience with good communication and leadership skills required.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the recruitment team
· Handle end\-to\-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
· Plan monthly hiring targets for all branches
· Post jobs on LinkedIn, portals, and social media
· Screen resumes and conduct interviews
· Coordinate with branch managers for manpower needs
· Maintain recruitment tracker and reports
· Build strong talent pipeline and resume database
· Improve hiring speed and quality
Requirements
· Bachelor’s/MBA in HR or related field
· 3\+ years experience in recruitment
· Team handling experience preferred
· Good communication skills
· Knowledge of job portals \& LinkedIn hiring
· Strong coordination and reporting skills

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per month
