• *What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):**

• **Candidate Sourcing:** Actively source candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
• **Resume Screening \& Interview Coordination:** Review applications, pre\-screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
• **Candidate Engagement:** Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain positive engagement.
• **Data Management:** Maintain and update recruitment data and reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

• *Who Can Apply (Qualifications):**

• **Educational Background:** Any Graduate, MBA (HR) candidates, or Final\-year Students. Freshers are very welcome to apply!
• **Communication Skills:** Must possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
