International Customer Support Executive

We are seeking highly articulate, customer\-obsessed professionals to join our global support team as **International Customer Support Executive**. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our international customer base, delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting technical or account issues, and ensuring a world\-class customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Query Resolution:** Assist international customers via voice or semi\-voice channels, handling inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• **Customer Support:** Troubleshoot complex problems, process customer requests, and consistently maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• **Documentation:** Accurately log, track, and update customer interactions, issues, and escalation details within the company CRM database.
• **Escalation Management:** Route unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

• *Qualifications \& Requirements**

• **Education:** Graduate degree.
• **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in international voice or semi\-voice processes. *(Exceptional freshers with outstanding English proficiency may be considered).*
• **Language Skills:** Excellent, near\-native English communication skills (both verbal and written). Additional proficiency in local languages (e.g., Hindi) is a plus depending on the assigned process.
• **Technical Skills:** Basic computer proficiency, strong typing skills, and familiarity with CRM tools/ticketing systems.
• **Flexibility:** Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including dedicated night shifts to support international business hours.
