The candidate will work closely with the HR team to source candidates, schedule interviews, maintain recruitment records, and support onboarding activities.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
Post job openings on recruitment platforms
Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates
Support onboarding and HR operations
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with LinkedIn and hiring platforms
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge
Eligibility
Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, BBA, MBA, Management, Psychology, or related fields
