Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for blue\-collar and site staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, field hiring, consultants, and local networks.
• Conduct screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate with site managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Manage bulk hiring drives and walk\-in interviews.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and manpower deployment.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
