SCMConnect Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Professional Education space. We are currently setting up a dedicated Admissions \& Student Acquisition Center for a leading organisation and are looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing team.

*About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to support bulk hiring requirements for our growing admissions call center operations.

*Key Responsibilities**

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and consultants.
Conduct screening and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Manage offer rollout and joining formalities.
Build candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Telecallers
Team Leaders
MIS Executives
Quality \& Training Professionals

*Desired Candidate Profile**

2–4 years recruitment experience.
Bulk hiring experience is mandatory.
BPO recruitment experience preferred.
Strong sourcing and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia and LinkedIn.
